Toledo Integrated Systems today announced the release of its new Bluetooth-enabled AutoCell™ calibration load cell and accompanying ForceView™ application. Designed to measure dynamic tonnage applied by metal forming presses, the Bluetooth AutoCell combines precise force measurement with wireless reporting to streamline press checks and calibration.
The AutoCell is a self-contained, strain gage-based calibration standard load cell featuring built-in instrumentation. Calibrated on equipment traceable to the National Bureau of Standards and certified to ASTM E74 standards, the system is A2LA-accredited to ensure high-accuracy tonnage readings. Constructed with high-grade alloy steel, the AutoCell delivers accuracy of ±0.5% Full Scale (FS) and features a rechargeable 9V lithium battery that provides up to 12 hours of continuous wireless operation per charge.

The ForceView app is currently available for Windows laptops and Android smartphones, with an iOS version scheduled for future release. Toledo Integrated Systems also offers full on-site press calibration services utilizing the new Bluetooth AutoCell system.
