Toledo Integrated Systems (TIS)
offers a wide array of press control packages. The most simple and inexpensive package is our Press Pilot 150,
a clutch/brake controller for mechanical air clutch presses. This can be used with various levels of automation
to meet the application requirements and budget.
TIS also offers more advanced and custom designed packages for forging, hydraulic, press feeder and transfer
system projects. We specialize in Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI design. However we have also been successful
providing other PLC based solutions (Siemens, Mitsibushi, etc.).
With our experience we are able to
provide solutions on every area of the press line, whether it's retrofits or new equipment.

Press Pilot 150 - Basic Press Control
This control is an economical solution to upgrade or retrofit any mechanical air clutch press. Size
doesn't matter, this controller works with the smallest OBI presses and the largest straight side presses. The
Press Pilot 150, with its dual processor technology, is perfect for an inexpensive safety upgrade. It meets
and/or exceeds OSHA, ANSI and CSA requirements for mechanical stamping presses.
