Ram-Read / Ram-Rod - Shut Height Display
The RAM-READ and RAM-ROD is a shut-height system that shows ram position during die changeover.
Create a faster setup time, decrease die hit-to-hit and reduce downtime using a repeatable shut-height
value with a positioning accuracy of +/- .001 inch.
The Ram-Read/Ram-Rod can be interfaced to a PLC or our automation packages.
The shut-height value can be displayed on these systems operator interfaces, eliminating the need
for the Ram-Read and making it a cost effective upgrade. Also, when it is used with a production
monitor or automation package, shut-height, tonnage, etc. decreases setup time even more!
