Custom made load cells for every application from Toledo Integrated Systems
Here at Toledo Integrated Systems, we custom design load cells and sensors for a variety of applications.
Our concentration is on tension and compression forces, which are used in a large array of industries.
Below is a list of some special load cells that we design and manufacture. Please contact us for information on our custom design load cell services. After all, why try to make someone's load cell fit your operation when you can have one designed specifically for your application? We are A2LA accredited. Inquire about our calibrations today!
See below for our standard packages for each application.

The T400 is a tough and reliable bonded strain gauge sensor. When it is properly affixed to an operating
machine, it provides an electrical signal proportional to the load. Toledo Monitors and Modules digitally
display the tonnage information as a calibrated value. It measures tension or compression and in tons or pounds.
The AutoCell is a self-contained, strain gauge based load cell that is calibrated on equipment
traceable to the National Bureau Of Standards. Standard digital AutoCells are available in
2K lbs, 10K lbs, or 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000 and 2000 ton capacities.
We design custom load cells using a variety of shapes and sizes, materials and connectors for various applications.
If you are having a hard time finding a load cell solution for your application, look no further.
Our Load Cell Group is here to help.
Toledo Transducers calibration laboratory and calibrations are conducted according to ISO/IEC17025.
Our calibration procedure 1017 is accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).
