PEM-300 - Stand-Alone Part Ejection Monitor.
The PEM-300 Part Ejection Monitor was designed specifically to check for proper part or scrap ejection.
It is both rugged and dependable and the industry’s only stand-alone parts ejection monitoring system. If
parts ejection monitoring is your only concern, this is the product to ensure the safety of your operations.
Our PEM-300 uses our LS-3 Infrared Light Screen set to monitor parts leaving the die area. If a part
fails to eject properly, the unit will not allow the press to recycle. This will eliminate smashed
dies and jammed presses, saving you time, effort and cost. This set consists of both a transmitter
and receiver. It is also capable of detecting parts as small as a staple, and monitors them on time,
every time at extremely high speed.
The PEM-300 is ideal for secondary and progressive die applications.
