This two station module checks for proper feeding of material on
every press stroke. Once material is short fed, the stop signal is sent to prevent smash-up.
Ideal for checking two separate locations for feeding of material. (Can be used with DMS-302
and DMS-410). |

A fail-safe circuit which will stop the press when "made-and-break"
sequence did not occur with the sensor during each cycle of the press.
Indicates misfeed (short feed) condition and stops the press.
Indicates contact has been made with the short feed sensor and
remains on until the sensor is clear.
In Run position mode, the module will monitor proper die conditions
and stop the press should a fault occur. In Bypass mode, the press will not stop if a
fault condition occurs. |
