This one station module monitors part or scrap ejecting from the die
area on every stroke of the press. If a part/scrap become hung-up in the die area, a stop
signal is sent to prevent double hits, thus preventing a smash-up. (Can be used with PEM-300,
DMS-302, DMS-401, and DMS-410). |

Indicates a fault condition when a part ejection sensor is blocked
and stops the press. |
Stops press because a part has not left the die area in time. |
Sensor indicates when a part or scrap is leaving the die area. |
In Run position mode, the module will monitor proper die conditions and
stop the press should a fault occur. In Bypass mode, the press will not stop if
a fault condition occurs. |
