A one station module for proper feeding of material on every stroke
the press takes. If material is short fed, a stop signal is sent to prevent smash-up.
(Can be used with DMS-302, DMS-401 and DMS-410). |

A fail-safe circuit which will stop the press when "made-and-break"
sequence did not occur with the sensor during each cycle of the press. |
Stops the press when a misfeed (short feed) occurs. |
Sensor indicates when contact is being made with the short feed
sensor and remains on until the sensor is clear of material. |
In Run position mode module will monitor proper die conditions and
stop the press should a fault occur. In Bypass mode, the press will not stop if a fault
condition occurs. |
