Quik-Learn Automatic, Compact Tonnage Monitor
The Quik-Learn automatic tonnage monitor is important for die setup, SPC work, quality assurance
and effective monitoring. Protecting investments, reducing downtime and improving productivity and
product quality are all benefits of using the Quik-Learn.
The Quik-Learn tonnage and deviation monitor is easy-to-use and inexpensive. All of the operator
information and controls are on the front panel. There is no need to study manuals or undergo
extensive training.
The Quik-Learn can display the forming stroke in three ways:
- Quik-Learn Run... automatic monitoring mode, press overload &working tonnage alarms active
- Set Up Press (peak tons)... displays peak tonnage reached during each press stroke, press overload alarms active
- Set Up Press (track tons)... displays "track" tonnage as the press goes through the forming stroke, press overload alarms active
